Glympse Pro visually answers the question “Where is my technician?” with a dynamic map that updates their location in real-time. With the simple process of sharing a location with customers, which we refer to as “sending a Glympse”, customers will never be left wondering the ETA of their technician – cutting down on calls to your business.
- A Glympse is sent as a link via text message, email, or a series of other third party apps such as Facebook, Twitter, or Whatsapp.
- Customers click on the Glympse link and can view their technician's location on a map in real-time using any web-enabled device.
- Glympse uses the GPS capability of their mobile phone to let you share a technician's location via a web-based map for a predetermined period of time.
- Customers don't need to have the app installed in order to view a Glympse, and they don't need to create an account or log in.
- A Glympse automatically expires when its timer runs out so you don't have to worry about sharing your tech's location when you don't want to.

Your technicians are immediately sent a text message to set up an account. Our easy-to-use interface makes it simple for anyone to use.
Start adding jobs and assign them to technicians.
Adding jobs is straightforward and, as soon as your technicians create an account, can quickly be assigned and added to their daily schedule.

The app supports teams of all sizes and does not have a cap on the number of technicians that can use the app or the number of Glympses that can be sent.
No – Glympse Pro does not require any additional software or tools to be in place. You can start using the app for technician tracking as soon as it’s downloaded.
Glympse takes your privacy very seriously. Our app is SOC II Type 2 compliant, which means we have the infrastructure and tools in place to ensure your information is protected from any unauthorized access.
We have also taken careful measures to ensure you are in complete control of sharing the locations of your technicians and only for a period of time determined by you.
