Glympse Joins Microsoft ISV Connect Program

 July 16, 2020 – Glympse, an industry leader of real-time location sharing, today announced it has joined the Microsoft ISV Connect Program to foster continued innovation with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service. This designation recognizes that Glympse has demonstrated its proven technology and deep expertise in location-based technology, as well as its commitment to the Microsoft partner ecosystem.

Glympse will work directly with Microsoft’s global sales teams and partners on targeted customer opportunities where a need for last mile location-based solutions exists, particularly providing awareness and communication into the ETA and status of field service appointments.

The Glympse platform will help Dynamics 365 customers with operational savings of up to 40% reduction of customer care calls asking, “Where is my technician?”, 35% reduction of customer not-at-homes, increased NPS scores and more.
